GRADUATED LICENSING PROGRAM(GLP)
The ICBC Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) was introduced in British Columbia over 20 years ago to improve road safety for new drivers. This program is designed to enhance visual awareness, hazard perception skills, and safe driving habits in novice drivers, helping to significantly reduce on-road accidents.
Upon successful completion of this ICBC Graduated Licensing Program (GLP), students may receive a 6-month reduction in the “Novice (N)” stage of their license. High school students may also earn 2 credits toward secondary school graduation. This program is GST exempt for eligible high school students.
Please Note- No refund on GLP registration. Students can change the program from GLP to Any other program for the equivalent amount.
Payment Plan-Terms of GLP Payment Plan. Payments are divided in two Equal Payments:
First Payment: Paid at the time of registration. This will cover Classroom Training and Four In- Car Lessons.
Second Payment: Paid before the start of the Fifth In- Car Lesson.
